Regional Manager

Lucy is Our Regional Manager. She was introduced to the Dental field after a few family members got into the field. Her first role in Dentistry was as a Certified Dental Assistant in 1987 and it’s been history ever since. Now with over 32 years of Experience in the field, Lucy progressed in her career and transitioned from Assisting to Administration and through continuous career and professional growth, continues her career in Dental Office Management, Leadership and Administration. Lucy loves working with patients at all our locations to help them reach their smile goals.

Charlene

Dental Office Manager

Charlene is the Dental Office Manager for Bradford Smiles. With over 11 years of Dental Experience. You will see her caring and welcoming smile as you enter our office. She is always ready and willing to assist our patients with all their dental needs. Charlene’s focus is to provide Dental Office Management, Leadership and Administration skills to our team. When Charlene isn’t in the office she can be found travelling with friends, reading or spending time with her family and her cat and dog.

Kamal

Dental Office Manager

Kamal is our Dental Office Manager at Brampton Smiles. She is a Certified Dental Office Manager (U of T) and also a Six- Sigma Blackbelt. Kamal is always focussed on providing outstanding customer service to our family of Dental Patients. Kamal enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Manpreet

Dental Treatment Coordinator

Manpreet is a Senior Dental Treatment Coordinator and brings over 7 years of experience to the Vaughan Smiles team. Knowing that there is an expert to verify your insurance benefits and coordinate financial arrangements puts our patient’s minds at ease. She is very thorough when it comes to gathering information needed to inform our patients about their benefits as well as well as financial plans. She values each patient that walks through the door and helps patients get the best dental care possible. She enjoys meeting new patients and strengthening relationships with our established patients.

Sonika

Dental Treatment Coordinator

Sonika is a Dental Treatment Coordinator at Vaughan Smiles. She is a very outgoing person who enjoys watching movies and spending time with friends and family. She loves working in the Dental Field and  helping  our family of Dental Patients experience Compassionate Dental Care and Outstanding Customer Service

Harleen

Dental Treatment Coordinator

Harleen has a charming smile and will win you over with her genuine and caring personality. She wants every patient who comes through the doors of the office to have the best experience. Being in nursing school, she takes pride in her knowledge of healthcare. When she is not studying or helping coordinate dental care and appointments for our patients, she loves to spend time with her pet bunnies.

Monika

Dental Treatment Coordinator

Monika is one of our Senior Certified Level-2 Dental Assistants at Vaughan Smiles. With Over years of Experience, gentle hands and an intuitive, compassionate approach to providing Dental care to our family of patients, Monika makes sure our Clinical Team is on Point so patients receive Outstanding Dental Care. Monika loves spending time with her family and her dog.

Brittany

Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant

Brittany is a Senior Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant. She is Originally from the East coast but was raised in a military family has been in the dental field for over 10 years now. She has a strong love for dentistry and for the care and comfort of her patients. She loves to see her patients smile and makes sure they feel calm and relaxed. She loves to spend time with her family and friend. In her spare time she likes to bake, play softball, go camping, and you can always find her at sports games, concerts and even Fanexpo.

Chantelle

Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant

Chantelle is Senior Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant with over 23 years of Experience. She is always eager to learn new skills and continues her education in Dentistry. In her spare time Chantelle loves spending time with her boyfriend, son and her dog. Has attended yoga, Reiki, Level I course , loves gardening and camping and 4 wheeling or just  relaxing in her back yard at the fire pit.

Fiona

Registered Dental Hygienist

Fiona is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 12 years of experience in the dental profession and currently splits her time between Vaughan Smiles and being a Clinical Instructor at a Dental Hygiene College. She has a genuine love for dentistry and is continuously learning and upgrading her skills to provide the best options and treatment procedures for our patients. When she is not thinking about teeth she loves to keep active with sports, fitness and trying out new foods and experiences. Every couple of years Fiona attends a dental missionary trip in a foreign country, mixing business and pleasure to give back and enjoy the various cultures of the world. Ask her about her last trip, where she visited Peru and climbed up to Machu Pichu!

Rebecca

Registered Dental Hygienist

Rebecca is a Registered Dental Hygienist that is passionate about helping her patients improve their oral health. She strives to make every patient feel comfortable while providing compassionate dental care and maintaining optimal oral hygiene. When she isn’t at the office fighting gum disease and brightening smiles, you can find her at the farm working with her horses. She also loves spending time with her other pets Tilly the pig and Piper her puppy.

Trish

Registered Dental Hygienist

Patricia is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 9 years of Dental Experience. She has been part of the Bradford Smiles team since 2016. Patricia is passionate about her work and takes pride in building a positive rapport with her patients. “My ultimate goal is to ensure my patients are receiving optimal oral health care and that I’m doing everything I can to help them reach their goals”.  In her spare time, Patricia enjoys trying out different restaurants, cooking healthy meals, exercising and spending time with her family and friends.

Shelby

Registered Dental Hygienist

Shelby is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Born in Toronto and raised in Vaughan, Shelby enjoys being part of our growing community. While attending the University of Toronto she completed her bachelor’s degree in human biology and then went on to complete her Dental Hygiene training. Shelby has been with Vaughan Smiles since 2017. Shelby strives to ensure that our patients always feel comfortable and well informed during their visit. Outside of the office Shelby enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants, watching the Raptors, spending time with her family and friends and enjoying the outdoors with her dog Chloe.

Kasia

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kasia is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She tells our patients to think of her as their partner in maintaining oral health. Kasia is always motivated for continual learning so she can provide the best care to our family of dental patients. She works with our patients to help them meet their specific dental health goals and needs. Kasia is here to keep our patients on the right track for a healthy, happy smile.
